Fruity Sunday

Strawberry - It is one of the richest sources of Vitamin C and fibre. It has high content of sodium and iron. It helps in whitening of the teeth. Used to relieve rheumatism.

Bananas - Good source of fibre, potassium, vitamins A, C, B6, E & folate.
